According to 2019 police data, over 22,000 children and youth experienced family violence in Canada. A significant increase from the 19,000 reported the previous year.
This FREE program will provide information and advice for newcomer women/families who
want to start a business in Ontario. The program includes group sessions and individual coaching. We will also provide referrals to Government of Canada resources, i.e. financing, mentoring, and support tools for
newcomer entrepreneurs.
Basic Digital Literacy is a free program designed for vulnerable newcomer women who want to develop their basic digital competencies necessary to access remote settlement services and succeed in the Canadian workplaces.
