Who are you?
VWAT (Vietnamese Women’s Association of Toronto) Family Services is a non-profit organization that has been helping refugee and immigrant families integrate into Canadian society since 1982. We provide services for newcomer individuals, families, youth, and seniors in their our communities, with a focus on helping Vietnamese newcomers but serve clients from all cultural and social backgrounds. We are also passionate about preserving our Vietnamese heritage and organize annual cultural festivals for the community.

Who do you service?
Everyone! In honouring the diversity of Canada, you do not need to be Vietnamese to make use of our services, everyone is welcome! We do specialize in providing services to newcomer individuals, families, youth and seniors to Canada.

What services do you offer?
We offer plenty of newcomer-related services, such as such as support to pass your Canadian Citizenship test, and employment services to help you secure a job. We also have many programs aimed at youth and seniors. Please take a look at our top menu for a list of services.

Why should I donate to VWAT?
Your donation helps to improve the lives of people who have moved to Canada. We’ve been helping our community since 1982 and appreciate all the support we have received over the last 40 years! We issue tax receipts for donations that are $20 and over.
